Order Policy

We accept orders at least 2 days in advance.
All orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of home-baked cottage food products:

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders once they are confirmed.

• Products are made in small batches, by hand, and cannot be resold or restocked once picked up or delivered.

• If you have any concerns about an order you received, please contact us within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery.
  We are happy to address any issues case by case, but we do not guarantee refunds or replacements.

Allergen & Sensitivity Disclaimer

All products are made in a home kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other common allergens.

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or food sensitivities.
Please check the ingredient list before ordering. If unsure, feel free to contact us directly.

Food Safety Notice

All our baked goods are made in accordance with the Texas Cottage Food Law.
Our kitchen is not inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services or any local health department.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up date.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for credit toward a future order (no cash refunds).

• Orders not picked up at the scheduled time will not be refunded or credited.

Please understand that we bake everything fresh to order. Unclaimed items cannot be resold or reused.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our store policies, food handling conditions, and refund limitations as stated above.
